Toshiba laptop deleted uper and lower filters

HI ; I WAS TRYING TO fix my cd rom drive , 3rd one i have bought for this laptop since 2005 when i bought the laptop. i have no mouse , no keyboard and all my recovery software is in germany , iam in asia, for 2.5 more months ,, this is makeing life hard ,, any ideas ?
