Did you build it yourself, or buy it from someone? If the latter, this would be a good time to contact them.
Otherwise, please list the part/model numbers of ALL components in your system, including, CPU, power supply, MB, etc. One thing that comes to mind is that perhaps your PS failed, especially if it's not a top-tier brand.

For what it is worth ???,, I had one of those M3A78-EM mobo's and I took it back I could not get it to install on my WD 320g hdd,, no way Jose,,, it totally trashed the primary partition, and this was after running WD's Diag's and Zeroing the whole hdd took 90plus min,[and it was/is a known good hdd at that] get a better mobo one of the 780's comes to mind,,only one small suggestion can you get it to boot to a floppy, personally I would not waste any time on it just get it replaced ASAP..:)

About a month ago I couldn't boot up either, I was freaking out. I disconnected power supply, cleared cmos. My cpu fan would kick on but only 20% power, and my light would light up too but no activity in the hard drive...

turns out my reset button was stuck in, I discovered it about 1/2 hour later. doubt it's your problem but check it, check to make sure the power connectors to your mobo are evenly secured down, sometimes when we plug those in they look secured but they haven't clicked in yet.
