Hello,

I just upgraded to a Sapphire 4870 1gb (awesome card btw.). Backed up all data, reformatted, blah, blah and I now have a curious issue with either my screen or the card/drivers. Anyways, when I switch applications (as in clicking the app, on the start menu bar) the screen kinda zooms in, and then zooms back out. This isn't really an issue when gaming, but when just working in windows, it gets annoying.

Any ideas?

E7300 (Stock)
2gb DDR2-1066 (5-5-5-15 @ 2.0v)
Sapphire 4870 1gb
Gigabyte EP45-DS3L
Thermaltake Pure Power 430w
Sony CPD-E500 21" CRT

BTW, I do realize that the power supply is a bit small for the card (I think recomended is 500?), but I haven't seen any instability while gaming.
