What cheap mobos are available which are LGA775, have 2 or 4 RAM slots, at least 1 PCI-E , at least 4 SATA, ATX 24- pin and CPU power 4 pin? Main priority is to OC.

Do these mobos support OC and in what way are they inferior to P45?

You didn't know that an 8-pin CPU power connector will also support 4-pin power supplies? Yes, it's true.

The best value I've found in an LGA775 motherboard is the ASRock P45XE.

What I meant was my current mobo has 4-pin. So I'd like it that way. But my PSU has 8-pin.

I did not ask about ASRock. I asked about Gigabyte motherboards in the Gigabyte section. Do those mobos have FSB and voltage settings in the BIOS?

I haven't tried a Gigabyte board below the EP35-DS4.
