Hello,

I Was searching long time ago for a solution to change my video card bus speed, my card is NVIDIA 9500GT PCIe 2.0 16x Supported and my motherboard also support 16x, but when i looked on the proerties i saw that it's connected as 4x speed,

here's my spec:

go into bios, bump the pcie frequency by a mhz or two.

if its set to less than 100 - set it to 100, but dont go too high (max 110) or it will cease to work.

^^eh? pcie bus freq has nothing to do with the link widht being at 4x... There should be completely separate setting for the link widht somewhere in the bios

checked gigabyte website and found a manual:

so you are officially out of luck :(

how about a new cpu as well when you're at it? PentiumD is getting a bit old....
P45 based mobo and some core2 based cpu to go with it, E5200 perhaps?
