How much does your Connection cost you?

I started this poll just too see how fast everyone's connection was and see how much it is. I have a cable connection in a semi-big town (~20,000 people) and a 512kbs/128kbs connection costs me $44.95 a month...that seems a little high...

lets see, i had an introductory offer for 3 months, that was about what i pay now. then it went up to 116 for 2 months, then i called and they lowered it to 60. i think i was paying 45 for internet alone when the total bill was 116. the cable tv i have now is digital without the 100+ channels. if any one has their service, dont pay for the extra channels if you dont want them, its way cheaper to just keep the digital box, you still get on demand, the music channels and access to payperview. they took a while before they would give that dirty secret up.
