Maximize all pages always

Every time I open a web page it comes up minimised

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

There must be a setting for this but I can't find it right now. Open a page and manually enlarge it by dragging the bottom right hand corner down and to the right until it almost fills the screen. Close IE and it should have remembered your change.
