problems setting up two monitors

I'm trying to set up 2 monitors (the second being my tv)
on my pc. However the second monitor is only displaying
in black & white. Ive tried changing setting in control
panel and both monitors are in device manager. I have
connected the second monitor from my graphics card
(nvidia FX 5200) via an s video/rca adaptor

You'll need to contact your graphics card maker for help - TV-out is handled
exclusively by your graphics driver.
