Software Conflict?

Ok Everybody Basically I Have Avast 6 Registered As My Anti-Virus And On The Side I Also Have Malware-bytes And SUPERAntiSpyware Registered They All Have Real Time Protection Since Registered I Turned Off The Real Time Protection For Malware-bytes And SUPERAntiSpyware and Have Avast 6 Real Time Protection Enabled Only But Anyways Is It Safe To Have The Two Real Time Protection Turned On Along With Avast Real Time Protection?

Important notes about using Antivirus programs:
1. Avoid installing more than one. Doing so can cause security issues if both scanners remain active. If you must (or want) to install more than one, be absolutely sure you have disabled the background scanner of one of the programs.
