Hard drive missing

I am running XP Pro SP3. I have three hard disks. Disk0 (C) is a Western Digital EIDE, primary master. Disk1 (D) is a Western Digital EIDE, primary slave and Disk2 (K) is an external SATA drive. All three drives can be seen in the bios and Windows Explorer and I can boot with no issues. However, DISK0 is not seen in Disk Management or in device manager. I have rebooted several times. Any recommendations as how to fix

Maybe someone stole it xD (sorry, had to say it). There could be a fault with the hard drive so a chkdsk is a good idea, or maybe it is a corrupt registry string or something.
