Suggestions for a AM2/AM2+ motherboard

So I've gotten a good deal on a AMD Phenom II X4 940. How ever I'm having a hard time in deciding on a motherboard for this system.

Price wise I would say i'm looking 150ish max so save some money towards the video card.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
