I am going to be buying a new video card to replace my 8800gt in about a week. Should I get the highly overclocked XFX 65nm GTX 260 or the stock clocked EVGA 55nm.

Gte the Evga, besides the step up, ive seen that thing in action its a monster overclocker my friend finally replaced his 8800 640 GTS Sli, with one of this and he heavily overclocked it the core at 730, i don't remember sharers or memory but it was high it managed to outperform my 280GTX in Mass Effect and 3dmark06...

I'd go with the EVGA 55nm version. It's frankly cheaper (before rebate on XFX), and should run cooler with the die shrink, potentially use less power, and should OC to match the other one anyhow if you really wanted to do such.

After rebates, the EVGA is like $5 more. But I don't like waiting for $30 mail in rebates myself. If you don't have Far Cry 2 already though, the XFX comes with the game it says.

I think they both come with it. If you look in one of the picture's, there is a Far Cry 2 disc.
