Alright so ive been reading many threads on the 4870x2 and the GTX series.
i hear that the GTX295 will be in australia in mid jan.
i knwo that the ati card can be used on the x58 mobos becos of native support for crossfire.
however i am wondering if the two pcb's "Mashed" together in the GTX295 require SLI certified Mobo.
Does this mean i will have to wait longer to be able to use this card???

no of course not.<-- by that i mean of course you won't have to wait longer... it WILL WORK. thats like asking whether a 9800GX2 will go on a P45. of course. the SLI is inbuilt on the card, the data still gets transmitted in the same way through the pci e slot as it would with any other card. if its using 1 slot, its treated as 1 card. whether it has one gpu or one thousand.
