That least sentence sounds really unfair to me... and how will they even go about enforcing this?
I have a feeling they'll blacklist traffic stemming from certain websites. So potentially, we could see people downloading from demonoid suffering, even if they were honestly legit content.
One thing's for sure, this law won't touch those big corporations and media companies!
