When I turn on my computer, it goes to Windows XP log on screen. When I log on, I get a blue screen. I am able to go to task manager by pressing control, alt, delete, but I cannot get to Outlook or any of my programs.

The last two things I changed before this happened was that I tried to add my wireless printer through the Wireless Wizard and a flash drive. Also, I might have clicked on the setting that said click if explorer is not your default internet system.

Luckily I have my old computer which is how I am able to send this message.

Please help. ~Renee
