Hi guys, im looking to upgrade my 3 year old rig (AMD 3000+, 6600gt) for a newer one, but nothing too extravagant, cause im on a pretty tight budget..
It'll be used pretty much just for gaming and web browsing..
Alright, so this is what im thinking of buying:
( I used the 625$ Gaming PC article as a reference)

CPU: INTEL C2D E7300 2.66GHZ 775 FSB1066 3MB BOX

MOBO: GIGABYTE EP45-DS3 INTELP35 SK775

RAM: OCZ KIT 4GB (2X 2GB) 800MHZ XTC TITANIUM (CL4)

PSU: OCZ STEALTHXSTREAM 600W

CASE: ANTEC THREE HUNDRED

HDD: SEAGATE 500GB SATA II 32MB

GRAPHIC CARD: GAINWARD BLISS 9800GT GOLDEN SAMPLE 1024MB PCI-E

DRIVE: ASUS DVR 20X DLAYER LS SATA

CPU COOLER: ARCTIC COOLING FREEZER 7 PRO

I do wanna overclock the CPU, although i dont know if i've chosen a good mobo for oc'ing..
Also, im not sure if i should stick with this 9800gt 1gb version, or, go with the ATI 4850 512MB which is slightly more expensive..

My budget is around 600/650€ which is about 770/820USD.

Any opinions/suggestions appreciated :)

Good solid build, the HD4850 will give you better performance.

I would say the most glaring thing I would change would be the HDD to a Western Digital 640GB.

I would also look into the 4850 - I think it will be a much better card for that money.

If you are in the US, you can get a PC Power and Cooling 610w PSU for only $50 some dollars after rebate, or the 750w for $80.
