Hi people. I'm using an AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+ @ 2.2 Ghz, don't know if my PSU is important or not but it's an ASUS 350W(Rated) and 400W(Peak). I want to overclock my CPU, i was using the stock fan came with the CPU but it was all in dust so i changed it with a Coolermaster one, which exactly looks like the stock one only different thing is one the new one writes Coolermaster. Do you think i can overclock this CPU just with the basic air cooling from the fan? If i can to what CPU speed i can push it to and i know im being annoying but how i can do the overclock thingy ? :D

Go into the BIOS - when the computer boots up press DEL or w/e it says to enter setup. Then see if you can overclock - my old ASUS K8N S754 didn't support overclocking my AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 2.2GHz. If you can, I'd read a few other guides first on overclocking S939 based CPUs.
