Why cant i delete brothers in arms from my laptop

i cant delete brothers in arms from my laptop its got windows XP on it and i keep getting the error

and it asks i i want to submit a debug report i click yes and it comes up with faILURE messge please help i need to free up space on my laptop

Some of the uninstall files may be corrupt or missing. Try installing over top of itself to replace/fix these files, then uninstall it.
