I don't know, but the palm one is awful. Slow, and no zoom.
I either use that (begrudgingly), point Plucker at a local site on my
computer, or use Pilot Install.

I have been using "Jpeg Show!". Just jpegs. It does have rotate, 480x320.

Does it have zoom?

Jpeg Show! looked promising, but is intended for Clies, and won't run on my T3 :-( Neither will the developer's other free viewer :-( :-(
I'm quite surprised, really, that given that the new displays make Palms into excellent photo albums, there aren't *that* many viewers around for them, and almost all the free ones predate the large rotating displays.

RescoViewer (http://www.resco.net/palm/photoviewer/) is probably the
most full featured image viewer out there, although it is not freeware.
Download the trial and see what you think!
VFSi
(http://www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-PaloAlto/7022/oldcontents/vfsi.htm)
is the next best one, and is freeware. It is actually faster and more
stable than RescoViewer, and can support some zooming and rotating, but
doesn't have an easy way to scroll through a folder of images (i.e.
with hardware buttons, rather than via several stylus taps) --- a
feature that I really like when I am viewing or showing off images.

RescoViewer *is* really good, but I'd say it is the second most full featured viewer, after MobiSystems Photo Album 3.60 (or Paint 6.50, which appears to be the same, but missing the slideshow function).
I never thought image editing on a Palm would be practical - including title frames and commentary for slideshows, but here it is! You have to think about how to achieve the end result you want fairly carefully, because the tools are limited, but I was very surprised at what can be done. MobiSystems graphics apps are *well* worth a look. I don't understand why it rates so much lower than SplashPhoto on Palmgear, unless earlier versions weren't very good. One disadvantage of MPA is that it doesn't seem to be able edit images at full 480x320 resolution, but maybe I just don't have enough free space on my T3.

For a pure slideshow application, PalmaryPhotoFrame 1.0.1 is brilliant, it would be even better if you could save a number of different slideshow profiles instead of having to set up each slideshow before you start it.
On the negative side, SplashPhoto is barely better than the bundled Palm app, although it will show native .jpgs. I was quite disappointed with it.
ACDSee for Palm is absolutely appallingly bad, and seemed incapable of even scaling images without making them unviewable. Totally unusable software, even the desktop application was bad.
So, looks like PalmaryPhotoFrame, and either RescoViewer (maybe lite - what is the difference?) or MobiSystems PhotoAlbum. Hmmm...what have I missed?
