Hey, I'm looking to build a budget gaming rig. This is my first build, and I'm going to attempt overclocking. Here's what I'm looking at right now:

CPU: Intel E5200, OC'ed to 3.5 GHz-ish

Memory: G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2 800
Edit: I just saw this, DDR2 1000 for same price. Better?

Video: Sapphire Radeon HD 4850

HDD: WD 500GB 7200RPM

PSU: Antec EA650 or PC P&C 610W, which are both $60. Which one is better? Or do I not need 600W+?

Case: Antec 300

I don't know what kind of mobo I need. Is this a good build?

Looks good to me, for the MB are you planning to do X-fire? if so get the 650W and make sure the MB is X-Fire capable. (I personally prefer Gigabyte, and Asus. Just avoid MSI like the plague*)

*sadly ECS, Foxconn, and ASrock are better than MSI, cost much less, and have better service & support.

just FYI, make sure no plugs (SATA) on the mobo is going to be blocked by that huge arse video card!!... i have a P5E-VM-HDMI mother board with the same vid card you are looking to get..... and it blocks 4 of my SATA slots =(....
