Acer 4520 reformatting and upgrade to windows 7

Hello,
my acer 4520 cannot detect its own disk driver, audio driver and also the camera and built-in microphone doesn't work. the screen often blank white....anyone?will it make a difference if i upgrade it to windows 7? this is my email: firdausalleh@gmail.com

I doubt installing a different OS will help especially if you re-installed XP already and got all the updated drivers for the system. If the drivers are installed, you are probably looking at a fried motherboard.
