my board wont boot all i get is 69 on lcd and constant short beeps

full kit
ex58 extreme
intel i7920
corsair 3x2gig 1333
saphire 4870 1gig
zalman zm1000hp power supply
coolermaster sniper case

this is a brand new rig but cant even get to the bios
no power to monitor or any usb
all led are on on vid card and on mb
pulled everything off and redid it no mb short cooler in on right cpu is in right
after start all i get is lots of short beeps manual says it a power prob
HELP!!!!!
