Should I over clock? Asus P7P55D-E PRO, i7 860

Hey I got a built that I bought thanks to the help of these forums if you want to see the specs you can check them out at the post.

I will be using this computer for video editing and photoshop and basic 3d max designs..
I dont play much but I do from time to time like to play some FPS games..

So my question is should I overclock this computer or just let it be and if so how do I do it? pick a profile from TurboV EVO or you guys have a better suggestion?

If you decide to overclock, you should how to use the BIOS. Also, you will need better cooling.

overclock in the bios, then use TurboV to finely tune it. get a better cooler

Alright I see I shouldn't mess with my CPU until I get a better cooler.
