I NEED TO KNOW WHAT SPU AND GPU I SHOULD BUY AND WHAT FAN TO GET FOR MY CPU.
I AM BUILDING A NICE COMPUTER AND THOSE ARE THE PARTS I ALREADY HAVE:
1. ANTEC 1200
2. Gigabyte GAEX58Extreme
3. core i7 965EE
4. CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
5.Western Digital VelociRaptor 300GB 3.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
I CAN'T DECIDE BETWEEN THE CORSAIR CMPSU-1000HX OR THE CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX, I RATHER HAVE THE SECOND BECAUSE OF THE PRICE BUT I DON'T KNOW IF IT SHOULD BE ENOUGH
I'M ALSO CONSIDERING THE GTX295 VS THE GTX285 - AGAIN MONEY ISSUES ARE IMPORTANT
AND I'LL TAKE ANY ADVISE REGARDING THE FAN FOR MY NICE NEW 965EE CORE I7.
IF YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT PSU SHOULD I BUY IF I'LL GO WITH THE GTX295 OR GTX285 AND ALSO OC MY CPU.
THANKS, AND FILL FREE TO GIVE ME YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE ALL COMPUTER I'M BUILDING.

I might want SLI but i think i won't need more then 2 GPU'S, i won't go tri SLI.
and my monitor is a 37 inch 1920*1080 FULL HD LG
and about the 920 against the 965EE i know that i can OC both to around 4Ghz but still there must be a diffrence isn't it?
thank's for the answers guys

Your psu decision is largely determined by the vga configuration.
A single GTX285 will run almost every game out there nicely at 1920x1200 resolution. When you run 2560x1600 is when more vga power is required.
A GTX295 would certainly do the job.
A GTX285 requires two 6-pin connectors from the PSU.
A GTX295 requires one 6-pin and one 8-pin connector.
A PC P&C silencer610 should power either. $70 a/r.

The 750w unit at $100 or so would give you some headroom and handle sli GTX285.

If you already have the i7 965, keep it and enjoy. you really won't need to overclock it.
OTOH, the 920 is 1/3 the price, and can easily run at 965 speeds. Once your clock rate is at 3.0 or so, the vga card becomes themost important factor for games.
Faster cpu or sli of high end cards faces diminishing returns on effecdtiveness.
If in doubt, get an EVGA version of a card, so you can trade ti in to their "step up" program for a better card within 90 days.

By fan, I assume you mean cpu cooler.
Three good ones for the 1336 socket come to mind:
Xigmatek
Thermalright ultra 120 extreme
Noctua
