MSI or Sapphire

In terms of niose levels which HD4650 garphic card should i pick Sapphire or MSI? Is there any difference between them when the noise level is the thing that matters. Thank you.

I would say go with sapphire. I have the Sapphire HD 4870 1GB and the fan on it is of a high quality, at the moment my GPU is drowned out my my low quality case fans lol

i also would say go with the sapphire, i have a hd 3850 and the things so quiet. also it stays so cool like my old 1650 ran at like 100 c on load and this one runs at about 50-55 on load oc'd to the max. SAPPHIRE FTW!!!
