Dual Display... How does it work

The thread title states my exact question haha.... If I wanted two lcd monitors how can I get it and how does it work? Will the same thing be on the screens? Or can I have wow open while the other one has Mozilla on? And how can you get dual screen? I'm guessing your video card or mobo has to have some sort of extra cord?

Your video card does the dual display. You can have either mirror display or extended display.

Most modern video card can do dual display. Settings are all done via the control panel of the display driver.

In order to use WoW with browsers, you have to run WoW in windowed mode.

Flyin thanks for the info... Just one problem... I cant find my display driver now... Geforce 8600... Anyone know what its called?

Ok flyin I actually got it working now... But now I cannot get my display on my laptop AND my new monitor at the same time... You got any ideas on that?

What laptop do you have? Function F7 is the typical key to toggle between displays from Laptop LCD to external LCD/monitor.
