ATI ERROR (Driver?)

I am trying to run a 3DMARK but it keeps going off and this is the error i get can any one help my gfx card is 4870

Is your card overclocked? If it is, it could be a sign of an unstable/excessive overclock.

I have set the card to the factory settings and it seems to be fine now thx.
