Boot sector problems

Hi,

Myproblem is that i rebooted my computer and got the below mesage: "NTLDR is missing"
The hard drive had 2 partitions on the primary was the operation system installed.
This is the smaller problem. THe bigger is that i can't access the disk from an other operation system. None of the two partitions.(Both systems are Windows XP with SP3). So i think that the boot sector is demaged. I tested the hard drive and it is not a physicalproblem, there is no bad sector on the hard drive. Please tell me how can i restore the boot sector or how can i recover my data?
