Barracuda 7200.12 in raid 0

So, I'm pretty new to this whole RAID game, and I wanted to know how well this drive would fair in RAID 0. I'm thinking anywhere from 2-4. Can someone explain how great the risk/benefits would be of doing this, and also how well you think this drive would hold up in a RAID 0 array. Thanks.
