What am I looking for for bootable raid drivers?

I'm trying to get a RAID 0 config with a future win7 x64 install. I know I have to have these raid drivers to install the OS, so i followed this one guy's advice and went to nvidia.com to DL the 7x64 drivers for my chipset. when I look in the package:
15.51_nforce_win7_64bit_whql.exe\\IDE\Win764\sataraid
I see a .cat .inf two .sys and a bunch of .dll's

Are these the files I'm looking for? When I need to load "3rd party drivers" these should work? where do I put them? in root directory of flash drive?

More about what bootable raid drivers
  1. Windows 7 has legacy RAID drivers. Unless you tried it and it will not work you should not have to hunt them down like in older versions.
