Ram Speed on Biostar TA790gx 128

Can anyone give me some step by step instruction on how to get my ram up to 1066 from 800? Ram is OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 / 1066MHz / Fatal1ty Edition / 4GB Dual Channel and I've adjusted the voltage but CPUz still says it is at 400mhz. Help plz!

DRAM Timing Mode
This item allows you to choose to manually or automatically regulate the DRAM
Timing.
Options: Auto (Default) / DCT0 / DCT1(for AM2+ CPU) / Both(for AM2+ CPU)
