Is there a central website that will help overclocking listing the templates by CPU, MOBO and Memory? I mean, its what its all about, and I find a lot of randum sites. Intel i7 980x
Corsair DDR3 TR3X6G1600C8D Dominator 3X2 888-24 1.65V 1600 PC3 12800‏,
EVGA x58 SLI Classified 760 Mobo.

Do you mean you're looking for a website which has all your parts exactly, and how to overclock it? Well, no, I really wouldn't think so. Read a few guides on the net on how to overclock Core i7 900s/X58/LGA 1366. The Core i7 980X is pretty much a 6 core i7 975 with 12MB L3 cache and made on the 32nm process, and the procedure for overclocking would be the same as overclocking a quad core Core i7.

Also with overclocking, your mileage would vary. Even with the same specs and parts you may or may not reach the overclocks of others.

If you think about it, there are literally thousands of possible combinations. For example with ram, different brands, different dates of production, different batches, etc.

That why you see guides with general principles instead of a cookbook with detailed instructions.
