Hello

I would like to know How to do to do load balancing in a server and etherchannel in a swtch to connect with.

typically you have a switch and a NIC that both support binding network ports. Usually these aren't actually "load balanced", but if one becomes saturated, it will overflow to the other.

I can't think of WinXP doing anything "really" heavy for network. A single Gigabit port should be good enough, no need to bind.

Would kill for a hard connection, instead of roadwarrior on a b wislow.... so i am stuck with 2 nic's and one machine. You may want to reconsider how you post it. A beefy XP with Virtualbox and a couple of vms..... well that is one saturated pipe.... or lets look at streaming on to a wislow connection..... wouldnt you love to have even 17 per sec versus a bare 11? tranferring a copy of katana which i left on my home system...... 250KB a second..... at 2 Gig to dl.... yeah, i parked the box and snored.
