Hey guys i have a pretty bad system, compared to most of you enthusiasts out there. I'm running an AMDX2 3800+ on the old 939 system, a DFI Lanparty NF4 SLI, 2gigs of ram, and a terrible 7300 GS graphics card.

I have quite a bit of choppiness and lag when I play certain x264 1080p videos. 720p runs fine. Where's the issue here, CPU or GPU? Should I get a new graphics card? I'm thinking the 9800 GT, which looks like a good deal. What should I do? Thanks a bunch.
