Hello, after a power cut on starting up my computer displays "Windows cannot load locally stored profile". Please I need a help. Regards

Is this after booting into windows ?
Do you get a choice to make a new one ?
If you cannot get into windows or won't load properly it is most likely your hardware profile has been corrupted, you may need to start a new profile and re-install all missing drivers.
