for strictly music I say xonar because of the 192Khz sampling rate but then again those speakers don't even have high frequency drivers so why not get an X-fi instead.
both xonar and x-fi has basically same features software wise. xonar doesn't have crystalizer and you need it with speakers without a high frequency response driver.

Have you tried the on-board audio yet?
I would never recommend anyone buy a sound card until they have tried the on-board audio first, it actually is quite good.....especially with the speakers you are picking out. You would need to move a lot higher up in the quality of speakers to get something worth spending extra on a good sound card. Way up, like start looking in the $250+ range.
