Mass installing windows

I'm about to install WinXP (i'd use a modern OS but, they want to maintain consistency over all computers) on about a dozen PCs.
Is there any good way to streamline the installation process of the software over all the computers, or just sit there and install everything one PC @ a time?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
