Heyy all.

i am about to upgrade to windows 7 and want to use an SSD for my boot drive. .

i'm wondering which SSD would be the better buy, i know the Intel is faster, but it's 60$ and i don't want to spend that kind of money, is it THAT much better?

I would strongly recommend the Intel.

If Intel X25-M 80GB is too expensive consider Intel X25-V 40GB. Both are very affordable and highest quality SSD you can get.

Just don't watch those MB/s scores to judge about speed. Speed is better expressed in IOps; and Intel is king here with high IOps performance for a low price per GB; excellent buy IMO.
