am trying to install blutooth in window 7 but its not working why?

it works on windows 7 i have an asus bluetooth and an azio adapter,both work !

I have the same problem. I have a generic BT dongle I had problems with Vista 64 that I eventually solved by clicking the 'search the internet for updated drivers' button. That solved it. one week later when I upgraded to Win 7-64 i have similar issues I cannot resolve.

Right now my computer sees the bluetoth. it sees my phone (as a generic phone, not the make/model like it did with Vista) but they cannot connect.

anyone have any suggestions (BTW that link above is broke)

What happens when you plug your bluetooth dongle in? any error messages?
Make and model number might help.

All i did was click on my bluetooth icon on my laptop notebook and windows 7 automatically loaded the drivers and such!
