How much watt will i need for my new build?

Please can someone help me.

I started to build a new computer iam stuck at what power supplies i should buy and how many watts i will need..

I have all these component except for power supplies.

Quantity 1 -Window Ultima 64 bits (will upgrade to Window 7 when it release)

Quantity 1 -ASUS P6T Deluxe LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard

Quantity 1-Intel Core i7 920 2.66GHz LGA 1366 130W Quad-Core Processor

Quantity 1-SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4850 X2

Quantity 2 -Seagate Barracuda ES.2 1TB 3.5" SATA 3.0Gb/s 7200 RPM 32mb Cache Hard Drive (for Raid)

Quantity 1 -Antec twelve hundred tower (power supply will be located at the bottom)

Quantity 6 -Patriot Viper 12GB (6 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory

Quantity 2 -I/O Magic SuperMulti 8x Dual/Double Layer 20x DVD Burner with LightScribe (Serial ATA)

A good quality 550W+ PSU is plenty. Antec Earthwatts, Corsair, Seasonic, Silverstone are all good choices.

I would suggest changing the OS to Vista 64 Home Premium, and the HDDs to WD Caviar Black.

Do you really need 12GB of RAM?
