M4A79T post bios

I have a new build. I cannot get the mobo, Asus M4A79T deluxe, to post/bios. All the monitor does is show "EXPRESS GATE" but no response.

Power up is good fans/lights run, drives open and close.

Clear the CMOS then reboot. Instructions should be in the manual if you dont know how.

had it for a moment set the date and it went away...

got it back. set up... formatting... loading xp pro currently.

What was the fix, correcting the date or did you clear the CMOS?
