Why does my pc hangs up after certain a amount of time?

why does my pc hangs up after certain a amount of time?
i have 1....anti virus. 2.. registry cleaner. 3.. 2 gb ram 4... 500 gb hard disc( 40 gb used only) plz help....

Are you trying to say that the mouse and keyboard stops working AFTER the computer starts up?
Or are you trying to say that the computer will not start?
