Hi,to all,could you any expert can solve my problem,actually i have PC with 3.2Ghz,but unfortunately my mother had problem,coz system not get start,then i change the New Mother board,when i change the new mother board its compaint,system too slow its like a Pentium III,then i find the CPU speed check program,then i come 2 know that,process speed is 1.5 Ghz,due to my system has run slow. Then i try to consult with hardware he re-formatted the system,even thou its has same problem accruing.
Any body can u plz,give me Hints or Tips 2 me,solve my problem.

Welcome to the forums!

Go in the bios and check that the processor model and processor speed are correct.
Also run CPU-Z and make sure you did not get a counterfeit processor.
Please list your hardware components.
