Backup was stopped by user! Backup was NOT completed!

Hello, at the end of each log after backing up I get the message "Backup was stopped by user! Backup was NOT completed!" Even though the computer has not even been touched. Can anyone help pls

It may be that the computer standby, screen saver, whatever, is knocking the backup offline. Standby has been an issue with XP and sometimes you want to turn it off.
Or is it that there have been so many backups that the drive is full?
