Zalman CNPS9700 & Gigabyte EP43-DS3L

Im just wondering if a Zalman CNPS9700 will fit on a Gigabyte EP43-DS3L Motherboard.
I also have a Compaq presario case.

It'll fit the motherboard. The big question is if it will fit in the case. Specs say that it is 142 mm tall. So you need almost 6" between the top of the CPU and the side of the case. I just do not know how much room you have in the Compaq case.
