I have decided to try for this this CPU, i was wondering if there were any differences in these two besides to power consumption.

And how would this CPU be with the foxxconn board?

I would suggest going with the 89watt version. Not only does it consume less power and runs slightly faster, it also is a smaller manufacturing process. I don't see any issues between using that processor and motherboard. Have fun :)
