IF you lost your password then contact the ISP and they can tell you how to reset it to the factory default so you can redo it (since they can verify you are the one who signed up with them and know what router\modem they gave you to use - so will know how to reset it to default. - though you might first check on the router to see if there is a label with the default password on it if you never changed it.
