OCZ GOLD RAM DDR3

I have OCZ DDR3 PC3-10666 1.65v 2 X 2gig

CL 9-9-9-20(CAS-TRCD-TRP-TRAS)
1333 Mhz.

However under cpu z it says 7-7-7-16 and 1T.

What's going on here, should I manually set them back to stock? It's on auto right now.....
Whats the advantage of setting the ram timing manually?
Also my mobo allows 1.64 v and 1.66v but not 1.65 which my ram is supposed to be at.
I think it won't make too much of a difference but which one should I go for?

Thanks everyone

Unless your doing some benchmark runs, RAM speed/timing doesn't really matter in real life.

Run the RAM at 1.64v.
