Recently, whenever I try to save my latest artwork with CorelDraw (v 7.0 - old I know but works fine for what I need), I get the message: "smartheap library out of memory....."

This results in a Corel shutdown and the graphic - even if saved previously - is wiped clean.

I have the same system I have used for YEARS without problem 1. I use the most up to date anti-virus - what gives?

It is VERY frustrating

Help (note: I am a 49 year old artist who knows NOTHING about what makes these magic boxes tick)

Ummmmm. No. I have not installed anything new in a long, long time. I like my magic box just the way it is. I don't down load music or files. I just do my own graphic designs for customers, so I use Corel, email, AVG anti-virus, the internet for research (and for my website), a scanner/printer (I do not do FAX), I listen to the radio on line while I work and once in a blue moon I play spider solitaire.

So nice try, not the right answer, but nice try
