Win xp shut down menu default

My shut down menu defaults to "Shut Down." I want it to default to "Restart." I went to User Accounts/signing off, but it says i need to uninstall client services for netware to do that. How do i do that?

Start>Control Panel>Network Connections>General Tab,

Double-click your network connection.

Look at the list of installed services and protocols. Client for Netware Service is there. Click it once and then click the Uninstall button. It can be put back again someday just as easily using the Add button.
